L2 and L3 light rail services may be temporarily held at stops or partially closed due to a Police Operation
Sunday 6 April- L2 Randwick Line and L3 Kingsford Line light rail services may be impacted between 1.15pm and 2pm approximately due to road closures around Town Hall for a planned Police Operation protest march:
- L2 and L3 services may be temporarily held at stops, or
- L2 and L3 services may be temporarily partially closed between Town Hall and Circular Quay
- Impact to services and timings may change at the direction of NSW Police.
- Please check information screens at stops, listen to announcements and follow the direction of staff or Police on site, as necessary.
- Allow extra travel time and use the Trip Planner for alternative transport options, including trains, buses or walking.
- L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services should continue to run as per normal.

Train trackwork on the City Circle and T1 North Shore Line may affect how you travel
Friday 4 to Sunday 6 April- From 10.45pm Friday, train trackwork on the City Circle and T1 North Shore Line may affect how you travel.
- Trains do not run between Central and North Sydney, or on the City Circle.
- Use light rail services to Wynyard and Circular Quay.
- For travel to T1 North Shore Line stations use metro services.
- Saturday and Sunday, daily from 7am to 7pm, extra L2 and L3 light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford.

L1 Dulwich Hill, L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines weeknight closures due to maintenance
From Monday 14 to Wednesday 16 April, nightly from 8pm to 1am, L1 Dulwich Hill, L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines light rail services will be impacted by closures due to planned trackwork and maintenance works.
During this time:- L1 Dulwich Hill line light rail services will not run.
- Use alternative transport including L1 replacement bus services, regular bus services or walking if able to between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill.
- L2 and L3 light rail services will not run between Circular Quay and Central Chalmers Street. L2 and L3 light rail services will continue running between Central and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford as per normal schedule.
- On Tuesday 15 April, from 10.30pm until 1am, buses replace light rail from Central Chalmers Street to Moore Park. Light rail services will continue between Moore Park and Randwick and Kingsford.
- Use alternative transport including trains, metro, regular bus services or walking if able to between Circular Quay and Central.
- Train trackwork may also affect City Circle and T1 North Shore Line trains. Plan your trip before you travel for up-to-date real time information.
L1 replacement bus services:Nightly from 8pm to 1am, replacement bus services will run between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill as follows:- From 8pm to 9pm: every 10 to 15 min
- From 9pm to 1am: every 15 to 20 min.
These times may vary depending on road traffic.
Replacement buses will not stop at the following locations:- Capitol Square (towards Central and Dulwich Hill / The Star)
- Please use the alternative stop at Central Grand Concourse or walk to Central Station (approx. 7 minute walk) - Exhibition Centre (towards Dulwich Hill / The Star)
- Please use the alternative stop at Convention (approx. 7 minute walk) - Pyrmont Bay (towards Central and Dulwich Hill / The Star)
- Please use the alternative stop at The Star (approx. 5 minute walk)
Most replacement buses will be accessible; if not, wait for the next service.

Extra early-morning services and L2 and L3 partial closures for Anzac Day
Sydney light rail services will be impacted on Friday 25 April for Anzac Day:L1 Dulwich Hill Line:- From 3am, additional L1 early-morning services between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill will run.
- L1 services throughout the day will run to a Public Holiday schedule.
L2 Randwick Line and L3 Kingsford Line:- From 2.45am, additional L2 and L3 early-morning partial services between Town Hall and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford will run.
- From first service until 6.15am, services will not run between Town Hall and Circular Quay while the Anzac Day commemorations are underway in the CBD.
- From 6.15am, full L2 and L3 services between Circular Quay and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford will resume running to a Public Holiday schedule.
- Between 12.30pm and 1.30pm, L2 and L3 services may be temporarily held at stops or partially closed between Town Hall and Circular Quay, due to road closures for the Anzac Day March.
- When L2 and L3 services are closed: use alternative transport including trains or walking.
