Parramatta bus diversions for NRL match

Road closures will be in place on sections of O’Connell St, Ross St and Victoria Rd on Saturday 5 April for the NRL All Stars match at CommBank Stadium.

The following bus stops will be closed and routes 546, 549, 550, 600, 601 and 606 will be diverting while the road closures are in place between approximately 5.50pm to 6.20pm.

Walk to nearby alternative stops, see the road closure and transport map for more details:
- Parramatta Leagues Club, O'Connell Street will be closed – alternative stop O’Connell Street opp Harold Street (for services towards the Hills and North West)

Miller St, North Sydney bus stop closures

From Sunday 30 March 2025, three bus stops along Miller Street, North Sydney will no longer operate.

The changes are to enable better connections with Sydney Metro, bus services will operate from an existing bus stop close by.

Bus stops no longer operating in North Sydney:
- Miller Street at McLaren Street (206047), passengers can catch their regular services from the bus stop at Victoria Cross Station, Miller Street, Stand B.
- Miller Street after McLaren Street (206019), passengers can catch their regular services from the bus stop at Victoria Cross Station, Miller Street Stand A.

Major Event Buses operating for the Sydney Royal Easter Show

Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses will run on all nine routes each day during the Sydney Royal Easter Show from Friday 11 to Tuesday 22 April.
- Travel on the Major Event Buses is included in the cost of tickets to the Easter Show. No need to tap on and off, simply show your Easter Show ticket to the driver when boarding buses.
- Buses run every 10 to 20 minutes from early morning until around 3pm each day during the Show.
- Please note that timetables vary on weekdays and weekends, and are subject to traffic conditions. On Friday 11 April, buses on some routes will run every 30 minutes at times during the day,
- Return buses will start leaving Olympic Park from 2pm each day, with the last bus leaving at 10.30pm each night. Note on Friday 11 April, buses will start leaving from 3pm and on Monday 14 April buses will start leaving from 1pm.

Changes to school bus services and pass requirements in North Rothbury and Maitland area

From Friday 31 January, a new morning and afternoon school bus service will run between North Rothbury and Rutherford Technology High School to meet student demand following community feedback.
- School route S526: A new service in the morning, operated by Grace Coaches will service North Rothbury, Branxton, Greta and Lochinvar before arriving at Rutherford Technology High School.
- School route S526: A new afternoon service, operated by Grace Coaches will depart Rutherford Technology High School and service Greta, Branxton and North Rothbury.
Changes to other services:
- Maitland Grossman High School and Maitland High School students who previously took the Grace Coaches S520 morning service should now take CDC school route 2571 and transfer to the regular route 180 service at Rutherford Shopping Centre (Hillview Street). In the afternoon, students can utilise the 2194 CDC school service.
- Students from Maitland Public School, St John the Baptist Primary School and All Saints College who took the Grace Coaches S520 service to and from school will now catch the CDC school route 2712 morning service and the 2194 afternoon service.
- The S520 school route has been redesigned to service Rutherford and Aberglasslyn.
